LOW CARB OKROSHKA RUSSIAN SOUP
Today, everyone want to eat "healthy food" , "healthy diet", "low carb" food, "high protein food" . So this recipe is "low carb". This is Russian soup which have lot of nutrition. 



INGREDIENTS -
250 g   - potatoes
135 g   - pork
20 g.    - dill
600 ml - kefir
300 ml - water
3           - eggs
3½        - radishes
3½        - spring onions
1           - cucumber
               Salt and
               Pepper


HOW TO MAKE -


STEP 1 - now we start to cook, first of fall you take a water pot and add potatoes and salt to bring boil and boil until tender.

STEP 2 - take a another a water pot and put in eggs to boil. after it boiled, take out from pot and  be cooled it. peel and cut into bite sized pieces.

STEP 3 - now, chop ham, dill, cucumber, radish and spring onions.

STEP 4 - now, add all chop ingredients in a bowl and add kefir and  sparkling water, stir to combine all ingredients, season with salt and pepper. after put in refrigerator for 1 hours and serve to all guests.
