CHICKEN RECIPE WITH SWEET TASTE



today I will say you about "healthy food" , healthdiet" keto diet and easy dinner recipe. This type of recipe  give sweet and sour both  taste. INGREDIENTS-


400 gm - chicken breast
200 gm - pineapple
100 gm -  flour
35g       - starch
130 ml  - sunflower oil
150 ml  - cold water
60 ml    - apple cider vinegar
1¼         - yellow bell pepper
1¼         - red bell pepper
2            - onion
4            - cloves
1½         - baking powder
2½tbsp - brown sugar
4 tbsp   - ketchup
2 tbsp.  - soy sauce
1 tbsp  sesame seeds
½tbsp  - salt


HOW TO MAKE -

STEP 1- peel the pineapple and cut in chunks. Now, take red and yellow bell pepper and cut it into long strips.

STEP 2- Now, take a bowl and add in whole flour, slat to taste, 1 tbsp baking powder and starch whisk together, now add 2 tbsp sunflower oil and add 300 ml cold water for crispy and stir it continues and make a thick paste for deep chicken breast.

STEP 3 - Now, take chicken and cut into strip and add chicken in bowl to coat by batter . Heat sunflower oil in a wok over 150 °c . Add in chicken for deep fry in batches until golden brown on both side.

STEP 4- after fry the chicken remove from wok and put it at towel to remove excess oil. Now, drain most of the oil from the wok. Add in garlic and onion and fry it for 25 sec. Add in bell pepper and fry it 70 sec.

STEP 5 - Add pineapple and fry it almost 1 min. Add sugar, ketchup, soy sauce and apple cider vinegar and let cook for almost 4 min. Now, we will add chicken and toss well to combine all ingredients and after we season with sesame seed on it and serving it with rice and more dish.
