The inner wall of our nose and throat secrete mucus (mucus).  Mucus is a sticky substance in which dust, pollen, bacteria and viruses are stuck and cannot get into the lungs.

  How to use -


  • Mix garlic bud, two teaspoons lemon juice, one teaspoon honey, and half a teaspoon red chili or red chili powder in a cup of water.  Eat it daily until the cold is resting from the cold.

  • Boil 4-5 chopped garlic buds in a cup of water and add one spoon of honey.  Drink it two to three times a day.
